A - Pretty clear golden-orange with a short white head and light lace.
S - Belgian yeast, candy corn and light corriander.
T - Belgian yeast, good hop presence, sweet flavor of real birch beer and creamsicle. Residual sweetness is well-balanced with spruce bitterness.
M - Light-medium body and carbonation. Not quite crisp but leaning that way.
O - What a cool combination of flavors; evoking reflections of old soda fountain ingedients subtly introduced into this modern Belgian Blond. Impressive.
