Had this on 2015-05-23 and again on 2015-06-06 at the brewery on-tap
A - Clearish mahogany with not much head or lace.
S - Sweet dark malt, bourbon, mild perfume, dark cherry and caramel.
T - Similar to the smell with a rich malt presence. Lots of bourbon, which somewhat overpowered the other flavors I recall from the Belgian Dark Strong base beer.
M - Body was thinner than I expected. Reminds me of a Kentucky Boubon Ale in feel.
O - A tasty brew and well-worth sampling. Interestingly, I rated the base beer higher but your mileage may vary.
