I tried this on tap at Columbia Kettle Works served chilled in a pint.

The color is a hazed golden with white head that drops to a ring, visibly carbonated. The smell is lightly lemony with wheat malt smell and mineral notes with subtle fruity scent. The feel is tangy but not tart with yeast adding creamy feel wth malt in a bready texture with mildly carbonated and mostly dry finish.

The taste is tart with lemony and wheat flavor miex with coriander spice and slihg salt mid palate with a astringent and dry lemony finish with dry toasted effect. Great gose as far as style goes -light body and very drinkable after spending time in the sun -nicely balanced.

Had this on 2015-07-04 at the brewery. Their description is "3.1% ABV - 10 IBUs. An unfiltered, traditional German sour wheat beer. Brewed with coriander and sea salt, finished with fresh Navel oranges."

A - Hazy straw with a 1/2-finger white head and little lace.

S - Yeasty bread, straw, some barnyard funk.

T - Sourdough wheat bread with just a little salt and coriander. Not very sour at all. More lactobacillus please! There's a hint of orange. The adjunct-like base lager flavor is prominent.

M - Light body and light-medium carbonation. It's not as refreshing as I expected due to the small amount of lactic acid.

O - Not bad but I liked the previous Saskia Gose more. This might be just the thing for someone's first introduction to the style but it didn't get me where I live.
