Had this on 2015-07-09 at the brewery. Their description reads "IBUs = 25
Rich and smooth roasted grains enhanced with fresh coffee and cacao nibs during the secondary fermentation."
A - Opaque dark brown with a 1/2-finger tan head and mild lace.
S - Rich expresso and artisan chocolate plus some medium roasted grain. Inviting.
T - Dark chocolate, expresso with cream, light char, earthy spice, roasted and hop bitterness. Touch of alcohol. Finishes with a dark chocolate bitterness.
M - Medium-heavy body and light carbonation. Substantial and moderately creamy.
O - Very tasty and rich. Reminds me of a Terrapin Wake N' Bake.
