Had this on 2015-07-09 at the brewery. Their description reads "IBUs = 24
Hopped up version of a traditional German wheat beer. Yeast gives a banana and clove character."
A - Hazy golden-yellow with a 1-finger white head and mild lace.
S - Clove and banana mix with an herbal spice.
T - Rising bread, light citrus, clove and banana merge with earthy, herbal and bitter hop flavors. I also get a very light touch of smoke. The finish is bitter.
M - Medium body and carbonation.
O - An unusual juxtaposition of flavors; like 60 % of an IPL and 40% of a Hefe. I'd rather have these flavors in 2 separate glasses though.
