Had this on 2016-03-20 in Columbia, PA at the brewery on-tap
A - Very clear straw-gold with a 1.25-finger pillowy white head with good lace. Served in a Pilsner glass, which is a nice touch.
S - Cracker, floral, light citrus, earthy spice. Definitely noble hops.
T - Cra, wood/grass, floral, earthy spice. Finishes dry spicy and very lightly tart with the appropriate level of bitterness (40 IBU).
M - Light body and light-medium carbonation. Smooth and refreshing although I prefer a bit more carbonation in a Pilsner.
O - A clean and well-fermented Pilsner that's true to style. Plenty of flavor for a 4.5% brew. The noble hop flavors reminded me of those in the just-released Weienstephaner 1516 Kellerbier, which is high praise! Thumbs up. I had a second one at the brewery and got a growler to go for another day. It's got my vote to stay on tap through the summer.
