Had this on 2016-04-09 at the brewery on tap.
A - Gold-amber with a short, off-white head and mild lace.
S - Ripe apricot, brown bread and fresh cut flowers. Not real strong but quite pleasant.
T - Echoes the aroma initially. Then it reminds me of lightly-toasted sourdough bread with apricot jam. This morphs into some herbal spice and tart apricot skin. Mild-moderate bitterness is just enough to balance the sweetness.
M - Medium body and light carbonation. Light syrup consistency. Quite nice.
O - Never had a Bock like this. It's fruity, fresh, and made for Spring. I like it.
