Had this on 2016-05-01 in Columbia, PA at the brewery on-tap.
A - Opaque deep-dark brown with a short tan head and mild lace.
S - Mocha latte with mild roasted grain. Subdued aroma even after it warmed.
T - Wow. Much more flavorful than I expected from the aroma. Bold, Sumatra coffee with a shot of whole milk and a drizzle of Hershey chocolate syrup. A nice bit of char rounds out the flavor. The roasted bitterness in the finish nicely-balances the rest of the flavors.
M - Medium-heavy body and light carbonation. Rich.
O - Well done. Will have this again. I would have given it a higher overall rating if there had been more aroma. The flavor is really good.
