Had this on 2016-05-23 in Columbia, PA at the brewery, on-tap.
A - Pink-yellow, light haze, 1/2-finger white head and nice lace.
S - Peach flesh, light rising bread, mild Belgium yeast, perfume.
T - Very peachy but not overly sweet. I can taste the sweetness of the flesh and tartness of the skin. Some herbal spice and a touch of honey.
M - Medium body and carbonation. Smooth and creamy. Nice
O - Really hits the sweet spot for me in terms of the Belgian yeast being restrained; not the dominant flavor.
