A - Clear gold with a 1/2-finger, white head and mild lace.
S - Cherries, light Belgian yeast, white bread.
T - Tart cherry, crab apple, biscuit, pepper, light funk.
M - Light body and light-medium carbonation. Dry.
O - Kudos for making a Brett beer. A satisfying summer treat.
