Had this on 2017-01-14 in Columbia, PA at the brewery on-tap (from tasting notes).
A - Cloudy straw-yellow with a 1-finger white head and good lace
S - Rising white bread, light coriander and orange.
T - Belgian yeast, citrus, white bread, grassy and earthy spice. Almost no bitterness.
M - Light body and medium carbonation. Crisp and refreshing.
O - Tasty and true to style. Hit the spot today after a long hike along the river trail near the brewery.
