Had this on 2017-04-08 and again on 2017-07-15 at the brewery. It's even better the second time.
A - Clear Straw-orange with a 1-finger white head and good lace
S - Bread, light citrus and spice
T - French bread without the crust, noble spices, just the right amount of balancing bitterness. I don't get any honey and white grape like you'd taste in a Weihenstephan Original (Helles) but this is very good.
M - Light body and medium carbonation. Refreshing.
O - Very true to style. Compares VERY favorably with Surly Hell, which also doesn't exhibit white grape and honey, but does have more of a hop bite like this brew. It certainly is a showcase for Pilsner malt. Kudos.
