Had this on 2017-05-20 at the 3rd anniversary celebration at the brewery on-tap
I
A - Hazy brown with a short brown head and light lace.
S - Dried cherry, date, plum, mild-moderate whiskey.
T - Chocolate-covered cherry with a caramel center but the whiskey cuts the sweetness. The characteristics of the base beer with clove, Belgian yeast and lightly-roasted grain are evident and appreciated
M - Light-medium body and light carbonation.
O - Delicious. A step or two up from the non-barrel Convocation I had in 2015.
