Had this on 2017-09-30 at the brewery.
A - Clear gold with a 1-finger white head and mild lace
S - Fresh white bread, honey, light citrus and floral spice.
T - Rich Pilsner malt-forward flavor. Lightly-toasted white bread with a drizzle of honey. Then some orange-lemon citrus zest bitterness. The finish has a little residual sweetness, herbal spice and is appropriately-bitter
M - Medium-body and carbonation. Crisp and very refreshing after a long hike today.
O - Just a straight-up, well-done German Pilsner with an ABV in the range I like for this style. Compares well with Troegs Sunshine Pils, which is saying a lot.
