Had this on 2017-11-22 and 2019-06-22 at the brewery
A - Amber gold with a short off white head and mild lace
S - Inviting, wine barrel, Brett light funk and fruit.
T - Definitely Orval-like with tart cherry and herbal spice. While not overly bitter, it is noticeable in the finish.
M - Light body and carbonation. Crisp, dry and refreshing.
O - Very well done. Thoroughly enjoyed it.
