Having this on 2018-04-07 at the brewery. Full review to follow.
A - Pretty clear gold with a short white head and good lace
S - Lots of ripe peach, biscuit, lightly dank
T - Lightly toasted brown bread, peach, mango, pine, tannin, earthy spice. Nicely bitter but not over the top.
M - Medium body and carbonation. Dry and a little prickly.
T - A fine APA, which certainly highlights the Mosaic hops. Well done.
