L: Black as pitch with a nearly full dark beige cap that seemingly lasts forever.
S: Bitter coffee and dark roasted malts, booze almost resembling spirits.
T: Follows the nose with bitter roast and char tendencies. The beets provide an earthy backbone and depth.
