Poured from the bottle (no date I could find) into a stemmed Plan Bee glass
L: very light yellow gold, clear, nice effervescent white head. Fades after a couple minutes, some white lacing sticks around
S: nice, mild nose. Camomile aroma gentle but present, bit of oak, somewhat tart not much funk. As it's warmed getting a cinnamon spice to it I really like
T: if you like camomile, great! Very flavorful, like a well steeped herbal tea - thinking something from Celestial Seasonings. Nice tart note toward the front, fades to a sweeter tea flavor toward the end. May also get some of the pineapple here, but could also be searching for it. Medium/long finish, with that cinnamon note returning
F: really great - smooth, well carbonated, body a bit heavier than I expected but fits well. Decently drying, not overly acidic
O: a very well executed beer, nice wild ale base with the wild chamomile coming across so well. Great body, rich and flavorful, making for a nice mid-afternoon sipper
