Beautiful semi-pale straw yellow body; thick and frothy white head. Pleasingly mild horse blanket scent with just a touch of light lemon and citrus tones. A wonderful juicy, citrus flavor; lime and lemon; subtle floral character in the taste; light tartness. Medium-light body; light citrus element; delicate juiciness.
I've only had a few Plan Bee beers, but this one has to be the best one yet. I don't get any particular honey quality but perhaps with the "floral" flavor I noted can be attributed to the lavender. Overall, the real highlight is the lightness, the delicate citrus notes, that really make this beer. The beer paired well with some home-smoked Norwegian salmon on a basic salad.
Served at 53° F; no ABV data known, no bottling info known.

Murky bright yellow with a short lived white cap. Smells of brett and botanicals, lavender and leaves in particular. Tastes hits the sweet honey and lavender big time, to the point of getting grandma’s cupboard as we go, light grains, lemon, faint buttery pear, and soft oak. Feel is so light, decently carbonated, yet smooth, delicate but almost too much so with a weak middle. Springy for sure
