A - Pours a thick oily dark Ebony colour with no translucence. The head is Beige and hold quite well with lacing.
S - Oh yes. Nice big powerful aromas of Chocolate, toffee and malts.
T - Silky but yet rich flavours of Milk chocolate, toffee and marsh mellow. No honey comb to speak of
M - Medium to full body with low to medium carbonation – Very good
O - Well apart from the fact that there is no honeycomb, this is a strong beer, but when the words Honeycomb are on the label and does not exist, it gets marked down. It is a very flavoursome beer that is well crafted. It just lies on the label. A bit of a shame as I went out of my way to get this beer. There are a lot of gimmick beers going around at the moment that do not deliver and this is one of them.
