Birra dell'Eremo "Saggia"
€4 / small glass on tap @ Beer House Club, Firenze, IT
Look: Hazy light gold body beneath a standard-sized head of white foam. Good to very good head retention and lacing.
Smell: Delicately malty, fruity with orange, hoppy with noble character, and woody/spicy with coriander.
Taste: The flavor follows the aroma with a stiff bitterness that balances it and leaves it dry in conjunction with the spiciness of the yeast and added coriander. Delicately acidic, citrusy, and refreshing. It finishes with lingering herbal character and coriander spiciness.
Feel: Light-medium in body and crisp-then-smooth.
Overall: An interesting, just slightly different take on the Belgian witbier style.

Day 21 of the beer advent calendar.
My guess is that the name translates as "Wise Dove", since it features a sort-of pissed off bird on the label.
An interesting brew-- pale yellow with lots of initial white head, yeast and clove on the nose, and a malty sweetness with a decent body. A pretty good effort.

Greenish-blond, almost no foam.
Spicy smell, coriander, pink pepper, ginger.
Easily drinkable, a bit too spicy.
It lacks some structure.
