"Selva Sour” is the sister of Selva 2018 , having in common the same must ( 30% must of Sauvignon Blanc and 70% must of beer), but the method of fermentation changes. In fact the “Selva Sour “ is a beer produced by spontaneous fermentation in Sauvignon Blanc barrels.Pale yellow in color, the scent has the typical aroma of natural beers which evoke moldy canteens with a note of freshly-cut grass.The taste is dry, and hints of cereals and breadcrust open up to a citric note which amplifies its elegant acidity.It is the first spontaneously fermented beer of Birra dell’EremoINGREDIENTS:Water, Barley Matl, Grape Must (30%), Hops, Yeast
