Fresh can (November 27, 2020).
Tropical and summer fruit on the nose (especially mango and peach).
Soft and evanescent foam that disappears by itself after a few moments.
Dense, opaque yellow color: typical of New England IPAs.
In the mouth, tropical fruit bouquet: mango, papaya, passion fruit, peach and finally pineapple.
Bitter finish, but not too much (the beer does not dry out, the fruity finish even after drinking ...
A lot, a lot of fruit.
Quite flat, the carbonation is minimal (I don't know if it's at fault, but that's fine for my taste).
Drunk quite smooth and easy (but not creamy), the body is certainly smooth and 6.2% do not feel.
On the tongue the bitterness remains, while on the palate tropical fruit and yellow fruit to the bitter end (even after several minutes after drinking).
Excellent for the genre to which it belongs, very fruity, not very bitter, velvety but with the right consistency (no watery).
I liked it, I would definitely drink one / two a night then I would change ... but for the genre it is definitely in style.
