Had on tap at the brewery.
On arrival a thick 1.5 finger white head forming some nice domage was present. The retention on this head was actually damned good too with it settling out at half a finger. Standard golden straw body with plenty of carbonation. This thing even leaves lacing.
Aroma is light and super attenuated. Very crisp lager with a touch of German pils sulfur, without being overwhelming. A touch bright and ricey with a light sweetness.
Taste follows the aroma with the ricey brightness, but a crisp maltiness follows, and this is quite drinkable and nice.
Feel is drinkable and light with a maltinessnthat makes for a medium finish and keeps it from feeling anything like a malt soda. Chuggable lager, but compared to BMC beers, this comes off as a full flavor beer, but for craft this is definitely light, and lighter than a German pils.
Overall this is a good closer amd super clean. Would probably fool a bud drinker if you told them you had some bud that just came out of the factory, but a craft beer drinker can certainly appreciate how damn clean this is.
