Moderate bar-poured head but it lasts in the form of rim bubbles and foam. Some spots remain on the glass. The color is amber and isn’t quite clear.
Strong lavender aroma. In the background I pick up some lightly toasted pale malt.
The malt base is stronger in the taste. There’s a mild sweetness and nuttiness to it. Neutral body with a slightly elevated carbonation. Lavender acts like the hop here providing a bitter finish. Without prior knowledge, I wouldn’t be able to name the Earl Grey Tea, but I can detect it. I don’t pick up the orange peel, though.
