From the 16 oz. can with a canning date of 08/31/16. Sampled on Feb. 9, 2017.
The pour is just like it should look for the style with a yellow color and a long lasting foamy white head. Some haze,
The aroma brings out nice characters of lemon zest, toasted white bread, yeast, crackers, wheat, and a mild grassy hop note. Decent.
The body is light to medium.
The taste is refreshing with its wheat, toasty, and grassy hop characters. Fits into the style well and easy to drink despite being a few months old.

Can from Bert's
Fairly clear light golden color with a huge frothy white head that persists. Lots of clove on the nose with faint spicy bread and pepper. Fairly clean spicy earthy pepper and clove with hints of light bready malt. Vibrant carbonation. Decent beer, a bit clear and not very complex.

Draught @ Brewery during Granite State Growler Tour: This one pours a hazy, light golden color. There was about no head or lacing. It has a lighter but nice nose. Wheat, lemon and a hint of clove. The taste is good. Wheat, lemon, clove, and just a touch of sourness. Maybe a hair lighter in the body. Refreshing.

Not for me, super sour for a hefeweizen. Seems like more of a Belgian farmhouse but what do I know. Very light in color, smells of pucker and smiles. Tastes like a weak Brett kind of sour, maybe this was just a sour batch... The name is perfect for this Polish kid.
