I tried this beer with my fiance at the tasting room in York and then bought a growler of it.
The beer pours with a decent amount of head that quickly dissipates. The beer itself is a very pale hay/yellow, it is completely clear, carbonation is apparent but not overly so.
The nose here is whoa crazy crazy. Right up front you get hit with SERIOUS grapefruit, tropical fruit, etc. Hops here are very aromatic and extremely fruity, not dank or piney at all.
The taste is similar to the nose, fruity, not at all bitter, and good notes of sweet grapefruit juice. This is one of those beer whose taste really seems to match up quite well with hits nose (which in this case is a BIG plus). Once the fruitiness fades, a slight amount of hoppy bitternes sets in and fades in a very pleasant way.
The mouthfeel here is very light, crisp, and clean. This beer drinks fairly dry and without much maltiness. This is very hop forward and I LOVE it!
If you love fruity hops, get this beer, in my opinion, one of the best APA's that I have every had.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
