From bottle. Thin pinkish white head. Deep red color. Smell is a brown sugar sweet. Hint of maple. Slighter hint of oak. Multitude of flavors. Sweet caramel malt. A bit of bitter hopping intertwined with a mild maple. Again, not getting much maple. Taste picks up as it warms. Strong carbonation. An interesting offering. Lots of potential here, but needs to be perfected.
