It is a hazy cherry amber color with a very meager halo of a head.
The aroma is boozy and sweet fruit'
A little more in the taste. Apple and pear, even a little raisin. Whiskey.
A nice combination of tart and sweet.

On-tap 5/2/2017 at Natty Greeneās Tavern in North Attleboro, MA, served in a snifter glass.
A: The beer is a deep golden brown color, with a short off-white head that fades slowly and leaves a thin lace on the glass.
S: The aroma contains fruit, caramelized malts, vanilla and a touch of hops.
T: The taste starts out sweet with flavors of caramel, vanilla and fruit. Then a hearty but not too heavy malt character comes in. The hops presence is very mild but complementary and brings a good balance. However, I did not detect any sourness. The after-taste is slightly sweet.
M: Crisp and smooth, medium body, medium carbonation, finish is slightly sticky.
O: Tasty, goes down easily, not too filling, good kick, decent representation of style, this is a solid beer to drink for a while.
