Amber colour, tea-like, slightly cloudy. The white head, made up of fine bubbles, is high, persistent and clings intensely to the glass.
Sweet aroma – honey, cereal, biscuit, vanilla with notes of sweet yellow fruit, dry raw wood and very pleasant smoky notes.
The taste is a balance of malty sweetness and hoppy bitterness. The taste further enhances the aroma, with the smoky notes being stronger, as are the honey notes.
Medium carbonation. The texture is "honey" smooth and velvety. The body is almost full. The aftertaste is medium-long, sweet, honeyed with smoky notes.
