I visited Rooftop for the first time last night, which is kind of ridiculous because it's only about 10 minutes from my office. The space is very small inside, ,seating only about 12 people, but there's a spacious outdoor area that is mostly-enclosed in the case of inclement weather.

There were 9 beers on tap when I visited, and the beers that I tried were pretty decent. It definitely seems like the kind of place I'd like to return to to sample more of their offerings.

Visited on a Wednesday in late afternoon. Just starting to pick up as I arrived.

V - Very small and all about the outside "roof top." 3.5

Ser - Great because its a small place and it was relatively slow. 4

Nifty spot just off Elliot AVE that, unless you have been there before, you have to keep an eye out for the small roadside sign. Indoor area is small with popcorn available and two bathrooms. The draw is really the outside seating area. It isn't a huge deck but it has a good amount of tables, stools, and standing (half covered for shade) areas with a walk up order window so you don't have to go inside for a refill. Beers were good with a good mix of IPA, APA, and couple others (quad on the day I visited). Definitely try the coffee infused APA Ladro. Food trucks visit often I am told and there was one there this day. Kid and dog friendly too.
