Copenhagen 13/1 2019. 75 cl bottle from Meny, Østerfælled Torv, Kbh Ø. Sihouette of Statue of a Horse Rider with starry background on the label.
Pours hazy amber with big yellowish head. Settles as 2 cm thick blanket of foam totally obscuring the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is malty and sweetish. Caramel, brown sugar with metallic notes. Vegetables and stuffy refrigerator.
Light carbonation. Thin, soft, lightly prickly texture.
Flavor is fairly sweet followed by slightly more moderate bitterness. Aftertaste is sweetish but with a bitter finish. Lingers for a bit.
Strong sweet and intense take on Christmas Beer with a fair balance.
