Vibe: I visited this place on a Saturday afternoon—all of the outdoor seating was taken but there were plenty of places to sit inside. Given the location of the brewpub in Old Town, most of the customers seemed to be tourists.
Quality: Beers were served at the proper temperature in a variety of glassware including dimpled mugs for house beers and special glassware specific to the guest brewery for other beers.
Service: At least four different people were manning the tables and the bar so service was very good by European standards. All of the wait staff spoke English.
Selection: Five of the brewery's beers were available on-tap (Velvet, Pilsner, Honey, Dark and Wheat) along with some other breweries from Estonia and other parts of Europe. House beers were available in four different sizes (0.33L, 0.5L, 1L, and 1.5L).

Me and my missus visited the brewpub om Christmas Day 2013, the place was crowded already in the afternoon. The crowd seemed to be a mix of Estonian youngsters and tourists.
We were showed a table at the basement, were there was TV monitors that showed international football (soccer). But the sound was turned off, and replaced with a nice mix of old jazz, trip-hop and exotica.
The food was heartly and tasty, I had the traditional Estonian sausage and the wife a large plate of ribs barbequed in herbs. We both enjoyed the uncomplicated food.
As for the beers, there was a selection of imports on keg and bottles, mainly from InBev. We had their own kellerbier “Velvet”, and it was as smooth and drinkable as the name suggested. They got 5 homebrewed beers, mostly lagers. 1 or 2 of them are rotating.
Our food plus two small beers was around € 20.
We enjoyed the visit and will come back when in Tallinn.
