Clear, pale amber body with a decent white head.
Suitably mild aroma and flavor for style, but with a lingering, mildly bitter aftertaste of hops.
Medium body with a semi-dry finish.

Very pale in color, as expected with a kolsch. Very little smell or mouthfeel. Very light, but pleasant flavor. Almost a flavor of wheat at the end of a swallow.
