Surprisingly good rendition of a Belgian triple from a south Jersey brewery I had not heard of. Muted nose and minimal foam on the poor, but nice spiciness and an undercurrent of yeast. Classic bananas and coriander flavors. More please!

Picked up a 4 pack yesterday and Glasstown Brewery did not disappoint. Good tasting and strong Belgian Ale. Perfect nice and cold at the lake. Clayton Liquors had it so now I know where to go.

Tried this in a beer flight and then had to order a glass. This was my first foray into this local brewing company and New Jersey, USA beers in general. Loved it. The bar I frequent has Glasstown on tap always with rotating beers. I've since checked out the website to find other locations that have it on tap or for sale so I don't have to keep going to the same place.

I had this on draught at the brewery. It pours a hazy hazy golden color with thin, bright white head and lacing. It smells of lemon peel, Belgian yeast, coriander, and other Belgian spices. It has a classic Tripel taste: lemon, clove, coriander, and Belgian yeast. It is medium-bodied, well-carbonated, and the alcohol content is noticeable but not overwhelming (the posted ABV was 8.7%). Overall, this is a good take on a Belgian Tripel. Quite enjoyable.
