A smooth, creamy oatmeal stout that is light, sweet, and dangerously drinkable. This is the kind of beer you buy by the pint and take four ounce sips of.
Taste and Mouthfeel: If you've had any well-made, low ABV stout on nitro, then you'll know exactly how this beer drinks. What sets this beer apart is that it is subtly sweet (in the way that cucumber water is just slightly sweeter than water) and that it has a slightly thicker body, due to the use of oatmeal. Other coffee or roasted malt flavors are typical of the style, and nothing is over emphasized.
Appearance: Pours cloudy like a nice irish dry stout. After settling, it becomes a dark brown or black, depending on the lighting, with a caramel colored, thin head. It looks like a nitro stout.
Smell: aroma is light, crisp, and refreshing. Slightly metallic, with subtle roasted malt, coffee, chocolate, and bread smells
