A great all-around Weizen-style beer. The name is a play on Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Carson Wentz, and the classic Weihenstephaner brand from Freising in Bavaria. The beer is mildly cloudy, and vibrant golden yellow in color. The smell is pleasantly yeasty, and not off-putting in any way. The taste is smooth, clean, and citrusy, with distinct hops notes. As a Weizen should be, it is crisp and refreshing, and leaves you wanting another glass. I only wish they served it in tall 500 mL German Weizen glasses, with a slice of lemon....
