Poured into a frosty hotel highball, half finger of foam which dissipated quickly. Slight coffee on the nose. Well-rounded coffee and cocoa flavors coat the mouth but don't dally too long as it has a tight finish. Carbonation is almost spot on, barely more than ideal in my opinion.
This is a surprisingly great coffee stout. Only surprised because I'd never heard of it. Picked this up next to other touted Oklahoma stouts and highly recommend giving this a go.

Appearance- Pitch black with a one finger mocha colored head.
Aroma- Big coffee notes, dark chocolate, and slightly roasted malts.
Taste- With the first sip coffee and dark chocolate are most present, but the malt isn't too roasted which lends to a smoother creamier taste. This lies on the sweeter side rather than the roasty/bitter side. No alcohol presence whatsoever.
Feel-Smooth and silky. Little bit of carbonation present. Full bodied, but it isn't thick and doesn't have a sticky lingering at all.
Overall- Holy shit this is a really good stout. Smooth, silky, and creamy this is perfect for those who love a balanced coffee stout. The balance between the dark coffee and lighter cream flavors make this an extremely good stout and this is definitely a must buy if your in Oklahoma.

My bottle says 8.0 ABV, contract brewed by O'Fallon
Pours an effervescent mahogany with a thumb of mocha colored head. Fairly thick appearance, fairly nice lacing & head retention
S: Dark fruit, some chocolate notes, not picking up much coffee in the nose
T: Coffee, carob & cocoa, a little booze on the edges up front. Coffee, a bit of charred grain & baker's chocolate as this warms, some dryness as well. Finishes slightly dry with iced coffee notes, a a touch of mocha & faint woody hops
MF: Medium bodied, fairly firm carbonation
A pretty good coffee stout, not as good as Founders, but well worth a go, Drinks easy enough, especially once warm

Pours a dark brown with a foamy head that disappears quickly. No lacing at all. Really nice aroma of chocolate, coffee and dark fruit. Chocolate, coffee and dark cherries blend together well. A bit boozy and sweet. Thick, oily mouth that coats the tongue. This is a great collaboration with Elemental Coffee. Excellent coffee stout.
