Barkerville Brewing 'Promise to Sophia' Valentine Ale @ 6.9% , served from a 650 ml bottle purchased for $6.50
A-pour is a dark cola brown from the bottle to a near black in the glass with a decent size tan head leaving a streaky lace along the pint
S-oh so sweet chocolate , oh yeah
T-sweet start , sweet aftertaste
MF-ok carbonation , feels big bodied
Ov-ok beer , could be Barkerville's best beer so far
