“…in matters of taste, swim with the current.” ~Thomas Jefferson Pumpkin is the trendy flavor come autumn. You can’t turn your head without seeing something pumpkin. Who are we to ignore the wisdom of Thomas Jefferson? Here at FSBC we decided to put our own spin on the pumpkin ale by using a Belgian yeast to add clove and ester characteristics to roasted local pumpkins and a house blend of pumpkin spices. What we end up with is hearty pumpkin ale like none others that will make you pour out that Frappuccino without hesitation.
