Another IPA style from Four Saints? Yep. And we went to the other side of the world for the hop character. Green Bullet, Pacific Jade and Waimea hops create a piney, fruity and herbal IPA that would make your chilly bin (Kiwi for cooler) happy. Drink a Chilly Bin IPA and daydream about the coming warmer days when your "chilly bin" will be full of FSBC beers!

16 ounce can into tulip glass, canned on 11/12/2021. Pours moderately hazy/cloudy orange amber color with a 2 finger dense and fluffy off white head with fantastic retention, Nice dense soapy lacing and streaming carbonation on the glass. Aromas are really juicy up front with kiwi, citrus, berries, and peach; some earthy pine and spice. Flavors of big red grapefruit, tangerine, kiwi, peach, pear, mango, melon, dark berries, citrus peel/rind, cedar, mint, peppercorn, pine, cracker, toast, herbal, floral, grass, and yeast earthiness. Moderate pine, citrus rind, herbal, grassy, spicy bitterness on the finish. Medium carbonation and body. Balanced creamy/bready malt and sticky/resinous hops. Fairly crisp on resins with a long drying finish and no hop astringency. Minimal warming 6.6% or hop burn after the finish. Great Green Bullet, Pacific Jade and Waimea profile, still holding up great after 10 months since canning. Great balance of juicy and dank/earthy hops with a balanced bready malt backbone. Really impressive with a unique hop profile from the norm.

Look: It pours golden and very clear with a white head. Head retention is good.
Smell: It has aromas of pine and melon. There are some very light grassy notes with a bit of herb.
Taste: It has pine flavors with light melon and floral elements. There is a bit of grainy sweetness in support with hints of herbs.
Feel: It has a medium body with moderate bitterness.
Overall, there are some nice flavors, but overall they seem a bit light except for the pine.

Came a light to medium golden with a half finger white head atop.Quite herbal in the nose, like a garden on a hot summer day,a bit of of resin is detected as well.Quite herbal and grassy on the palate with a bitter edge in the finish,a lightly sweet biscuit base is there thru the finish. Not a NE style IPA by any means or an old school left coast style either,a nice little change of pace here.
