Look: It pours golden and is brilliantly clear. It has a full white head. Head retention is good.
Smell: The malt has a bit of sweetness in it with spicy combinations mixed it. There are background notes of pear and a very low hint of wine elements.
Taste: There are flavors of light bread and spice with a low background note of honey. There is also a very low level that is slightly winy.
Feel: It has a medium light body with medium carbonation. It is quite clean and crisp in the finish.
Overall, this is a very good Kolsch with delicate flavors that are well blended and very refreshing.
