On tap at Hops Burger bar into tulip glass. Pours a very hazy pink/purple color with a small off white head with good retention and spotty lacing for the style. Aromas of fairly jammy berries and lacto. Taste of sour black/blue/raspberries, green apple, lemon, lacto funk, fruit skin/seed, wheat, hay, straw, grass. Medium tart/sourness, herbal bitter. Fairly crisp clean refreshing dry lactic finish with minimal puckering. Medium-high carbonation and light-medium body; balanced grainy malt, lactic acid, and tannic fruit mouthfeel. Refreshing, not as jammy in taste as I hoped, but a well balanced sour. All around well made for the style.
