Look: It pours black with a dark brown head. Head retention is good.
Smell: There is a strong roasted aroma with bourbon in support. There are medium cocoa notes with caramel and hints of maple syrup. As it warms, the dark fruits start becoming noticeable.
Taste: The flavors had strong roasted elements with some bourbon in support. There is a slight burn flavor with some dark fruits in the background. The dark fruits are a cross between raisins and plums.
Feel: It has a full body with strong but pleasant alcohol warming.
Overall, an imperial stout strong with roast and supported by bourbon and dark fruits.
