Was able to have it on tap in Storm Peak's taproom in Steamboat. It was poured into a pint glass with about two fingers of head.
Appearance - It pours a hazy golden color with a nice head.
Smell- you can smell the hops which is nice for a lower IBU count. The hops are slightly citrus(y) with a little bread aroma too. Very nice!
Taste- This is crisp and light but isn't void of flavor, like some light bodied beers. While it is milder you still pick up on some delicious crisp, citrusy hops and toasted bread.
Mouth-feel - Light-bodied with good carbonation. Crisp finish which is great for summer!
Overall- I really like this beer from Storm Peak. It was my first beer from them and it makes me excited (as a local) to try all their offerings as they continue to brew new stuff!

Poured into a freshly rinsed pint glass the golden ale came out just as described a beautiful light crystal clear gold. the nose had hints of lemon, grass/hay, and bread. taste was similar to smell but a little lighter on the lemon more bread and hay but in a good way and very light/refreshing a summer drinker for sure. In the mouth it was light and crisp and especially smooth again a beer i like drinking on a hot summer afternoon. over all this beer was an outstanding representation of a blonde all light refreshing and smooth thanks storm peak!!
