Had this beer on Nitro. It is creamy with the perfect amount of toasted malt in the flavor. Outstanding!

Had this on tap at Storm Peak's Tap room on the west side of Steamboat Springs
L- Poured into a pint glass. Pitch black body with a one finger tan-brown head that sticks around for a bit.
S- Primary smells are roasted/burnt malt, sweetness from the lactose sugar and a hint of coffee.
T- Much like it smells, roasty, creamy, sweet and a hint of coffee from the dark malts. This is potentially the best milk/sweet stout I have ever had. I would compare it to Left Hand's milk stout and Ska's Estival cream stout (minus the orange peel). It walks the line between roasty and creamy sweet pretty much perfectly.
F- On Nitro this...is... AWESOME - however on CO2 (which is what I've normally seen it poured on) it is still nice and creamy with medium mouth-feel . After each sip you are left with a bit of roasty bitterness and sticky sweetness from the milk sugar.
O- Obviously I haven't had every stout out there but this is probably my favorite in it's category. Well worth the trip to their tap room.
