A White IPA (brewed with American ale yeast, not belgian yeast)
This is a killer white IPA and an improvement from their first White IPA called "Walter", which was initially brewed with all Sorachi Ace hops - which made for a good refreshing lemongrass IPA. However with Chris Cross they kept the SA hops but also added other American varieties (can't remember) and this adds new layers of hop complexity. Now I get lemongrass, orange peel and grapefruit and a little bit of pine resin. All of these hops are riding on a light wheaty malt body. This is a delicious brew and one of my favorites in the style.
