On tap at the brewery on 09/24/17 served in their signature 'Dogfishead looking' glass. It was brewed for their 3rd anniversary which I believe was in August.
Look- A cloudy dark gold with a creamy finger of white foam. It slowly settles to a thin ring around the glass leaving moderate lacing behind.
Smell- Wheat, wet grass and floral hops. Smells a bit like a bouquet of flowers.
Taste- Floral esters, crackers, orange zest and cereal.
Feel- A full bodied feel for a 5.4% wheat beer. A slight hop bite with a semi dry finish.
Overall- A pleasant hoppy twist on the style that makes it taste like a pale pale. A weak style for a anniversary beer in my opinion, but I won't hold that against them. I enjoyed it for what it was and I'll leave it at that.
