Blonde ale kettle soured with Greek yogurt and fermented with 850 pounds of guava puree for a tart, refreshing beer. Guava flavors and aroma.

Pours a brilliant gold with a nice rocky white head. Smells of guava, tart. Tastes bitter, tart, grainy, and fruity. Mouthfeel is on the lighter side. It's a pretty good kettle sour. Sour enough to be refreshing but not so sour it makes you pucker.
