Cha Cha Soba Ale

Evoking the earthy flavors of a bowl of chilled cha-soba, this specially brewed ale promises to be refreshing. We use locally sourced organic buckwheat and employ a special mashing process to make sure we get the most out of it when combined with our house base malt. We finish with a gentle infusion of premium matcha. We’ve all heard that soba is good for you, with its bioflavonoids and such, and this brew doubles down on that aspect with the addition of green tea. At the end of the day though, we drink the Cha Cha Soba Ale just because it tastes incredible – dry and refreshing, yet intensely flavorful.
